He’s committed to building lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and fellow business owners, and to creating a workplace where everyone feels supported and valued. Hands-on in daily operations, Ethan works closely with managers and crews to make sure every project is completed with care and attention to detail.
 

Andrew DiSanto

Account Manager

Andrew DiSanto is a dedicated Sales and Account Manager at Malvern Lawn Care, proudly serving the Malvern community where he was born and raised. A Penn State graduate with a background in Telecommunications, Andrew focuses on guiding clients through the sales process, delivering proposals, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the production team.

Rory Wright

Senior Production Manager

Rory is the go-to guy when it comes to getting things done at Malvern Lawn Care. He runs our landscaping and hardscaping crews, sets up job sites, delivers materials, and works with customers to make sure details are right. Whether it’s hauling equipment, helping with installs, or handling last-minute changes, Rory says “yes” and makes it happen. He’s been with the team for over four years and keeps everything running smoothly in the field.

Carlos Villalva

Carlos runs all the mowing crews at Malvern Lawn Care, making sure lawns look their best week after week. He’s been with the team for two years and is known for getting the job done right. Spring is his favorite time of year, when everything turns green and flowers start to bloom.

Jenifer Murray

Director of Finance

Jenifer joined Malvern Lawn Care in May 2023 and keeps operations running tight as both Controller and Office Manager. From managing finances to supporting crew communication and training, she’s involved in every detail. What she loves most? “Ethan genuinely cares about his employees, and it shows.”
